Factors is a wellbeing tracker. Some of the information you log — such as mood, sleep, and other personal wellbeing metrics — may be considered health-related data.
With your explicit permission, Factors can also access health and fitness data from Google Health Connect (on Android) or Apple Health (on iOS), specifically:
How we use it. This data is displayed inside the app, alongside your tracked factors, so you can see how your activity and sleep relate to your wellbeing. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Storage. Health Connect and Apple Health data is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not transmit these values to our servers.
Sharing. We do not share this health data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell it.
Your control. You can revoke permissions and delete this data at any time through your device's Health Connect or Apple Health settings. Revoking access disables the related features in the app.
All tracking data is stored locally on your device. Factors does not sync, upload, or back up your data to any cloud service, and your tracked factors, notes, and Health Connect or Apple Health data never leave your device.
All data you log in Factors — including your tracked factors, notes, and any Health Connect or Apple Health data — is stored only on your device. It is retained there until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app, at which point it is removed.
We do not store or retain your personal data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to keep after you remove it. We may process anonymous, non-identifiable technical data for analytics and stability, which cannot be used to identify you.
